The beautiful team working at The Decks were just wonderful. We really appreciated their support and guidance throughout our stay especially as I got extremely ill the last two days of holiday, they were so caring and assisted in every way they could. They also helped when we got stuck overnight in Ubud due to rain! They arranged motorbikes for us and there wasn’t anything requested that they didn’t go above and beyond to provide including great local places to eat. The location is perfect, a quiet street with frontage onto a river and within walking distance to many exceptional bars cafes and shops of local and international variety, great street also to get started on riding a motorbike in Bali - however if rain is on its way get started home earlier!

The Villa is in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious and we loved the pool. My husband ordered flowers and fresh fruit for my birthday and it exceeded our expectations. Mini mart down the road and cafe at AB1A next door was nice as was the Prince cafe a bit further down the road. We used gojek (car) for longer trips or if we didn't feel like walking but otherwise it was a pretty easy walk to the shops and beach. Could be a bit harder if you had little kids. We also arranged to have some washing done. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. They also arranged a driver for transport to and from the airport.

Property was nice and private, You walk through reception to get in and out, on all sides are other villas managed by The Decks. Covered but outdoor kitchen/ dining table which was a little bit of a pest for mozzies but there was insect spray provided and we made sure to keep our bedrooms and bathroom doors closed at all times. Staff were accomodating and very lovely they helped us organise a driver to the airport at 4am to catch our early flight. Also the location was good not too busy but not too far from everything also, great massage place around the corner only a 5min walk

Our booking was very last minute before we got on the flight from Perth, which also ended up being delayed however the staff were so kind to send a driver who was waiting for us at the airport when we finally arrived at 1am. We received a very warm welcome at nearly 2 am!! Nothing was a problem for staff. They ordered Grab transportation for us and organised our laundry to be returned cleaned same day. Incredibly graceful and kind staff! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, breakfasts cooked in our villa were great, the pool was wonderful and bed super comfortable. Massages in the room were divine!
